PCMR GAMING PC GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old to be eligible to enter this promotion. This giveaway is open only to individuals; team, corporate, or institutional entries are not permitted. Employees, officers, and directors of all joined brands and their affiliates, contractors, service providers, and any other individuals directly associated with the promotion are NOT eligible to enter.

Prizes: The promotion prize consists of items selected by each of the joined brands as part of the "PCMR GAMING PC GIVEAWAY." The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All joined brands reserve the right to substitute any prize item with an article or service of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize Fulfillment Details: Upon confirmation that the winner meets eligibility criteria, has responded in a timely manner, and has provided a valid address, each participating brand will arrange shipment for their respective items and supply appropriate tracking numbers. The final delivery address must be within the qualifying regions: North America, Europe, Oceania, or Asia (excluding India and China). Each brand is not liable for any issues that may arise during shipping beyond product-related issues, including loss or damage in transit, and will not reissue prizes in such cases. However, brands will cooperate with the winner to provide necessary documentation for any claims.

How to Enter: To participate, entrants must complete the required actions specified by each brand. If, upon selection, it is determined that a chosen winner did not meet these requirements, an alternate winner will be selected. The final winner will be announced on or before December 17 2024, via PCMR, or SSUPD, or other participating brands' social media channels. The winner will be contacted through SSUPD's official email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly by SSUPD account using GiveLab’s auto "Pick Winners" function. This selection will be final and binding in all respects.

Regional Eligibility and Legal Compliance: Participants from restricted or non-compliant regions (such as countries with legal limitations on sweepstakes) will be deemed ineligible. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that participation in this giveaway is legally permissible in their region.

Data Usage and Privacy: By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection, processing, and public sharing of their personal information by all joined brands. Information shared may include names and states of residence. All data will be managed in accordance with SSUPD’s privacy policy.

SSUPD’s role is limited to managing and publishing the giveaway link on GiveLab, with each brand responsible for the fulfillment of their own prize offerings. No brand bears cross-responsibility for other brands' prizes. Additionally, ASUS and Intel prizes were independently purchased by SSUPD and will be shipped together with the case. SSUPD makes no representations or warranties regarding the prizes, including technical compatibility or quality. The joined brands are not responsible for any technical difficulties, device incompatibility, or manufacturing defects encountered after prize delivery.

Right to Modify or Terminate: All joined brands reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion in cases of suspected fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond their control affecting the giveaway's integrity. Use of automated entries, multiple email addresses, or fraudulent methods of entry is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. The promotion's official online entry form must be used to participate, and each entry must meet all eligibility requirements.

Taxes and Additional Charges: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties,  or additional shipping fees and charges related to remote or rural shipping. If these costs exceed the product value, joined brands may, at their discretion, select an alternate winner should the initial winner be unwilling to cover these fees.

Subscription to Newsletter: By entering, participants agree to be enrolled in the related community and promotional newsletter. They may unsubscribe at any time after the promotion has concluded.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Los Angeles, California, for any disputes arising from this promotion.
