Game Over, T1D! Giveaway 2023

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to describe the rules under which the Game Over, T1D giveaway operates. For the purposes of this agreement, the words giveaway and sweepstakes will be used interchangeably. 

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to participants who are at least 18 years old and follow the instructions listed in the giveaway landing page, widget, blog post, and/or social media post. The X Rocker gaming chair can only be shipped within the US. The PlayStation version of Madden NFL is region-locked for North America.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and abide by the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of JDRF Game2Give as final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted for the time period described on the giveaway landing page or post. If exact start and end times are not detailed, then entries will be accepted from the time of the first giveaway post until 11:59 PM PDT on the final date listed. 

5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by following the instructions detailed on the giveaway landing page, widget, blog post, and/or social media post. The entrant must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. 

6. Prizes: Winners receive prizes the same as or similar to those described on the giveaway landing page, widget, blog post, and/or social media post for the sweepstakes. The prize is non-transferable. JDRF Game2Give is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all international, federal, state, and/or local taxes and fees including (but not limited to) international tariffs and import fees shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Claim: Winner(s) must claim the prize within 72 hours from the time JDRF Game2Give announces the winner(s). The instructions for claiming the specific prize will be sent to the winner after the announcement is made. Winners of physical prizes will be required to provide JDRF Game2Give with a shipping address to receive the prize (US shipping only for the X Rocker gaming chair). If prize is not claimed within 72 hours, JDRF Game2Give is not obligated to send the prize.

8. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

9. Winner Selection: Winners of the sweepstakes will be selected at random using the GiveLab.com giveaway tool. A participant may only win one of the daily prizes and/or one of the grand prizes. All participants, including daily prize winners, are eligible for the grand prizes.

10. Rights Granted by You: By entering one of our contests, you give full consent to JDRF Game2Give to contact you by social media, email, or other means. Giveaway winners grant JDRF Game2Give permission to share their name, email address, shipping address, and phone number with the giveaway co-sponsor (i.e. the company or publisher whose product we are giving away). 

11. Terms: JDRF Game2Give reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the sweepstakes for any reason and at any time. JDRF Game2Give has the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries for any reason. 

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless JDRF Game2Give and any of its affiliates or any party acting on its behalf of all liability. JDRF Game2Give shall not be held responsible for any damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether or not it is caused by negligence. Before entering, participant is responsible for ensuring that participant is eligible for the giveaway based on local laws.
