Welcome to the "HYTE, ENERMAX, Viper Gaming: Holiday Giveaway"! We are excited to offer this opportunity to our fans and supporters. Please read the following rules and steps carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility and Regional Requirements
Event participants must be 18 years or older.
This promotion is open to individuals only. Team registrations are not accepted, nor are companies or institutions allowed.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and contractors, service providers and professional consultants associated with this Promotion, as well as members of their immediate families and/or households, are not permitted to participate.
2. Prizes and chances of winning
Prizes for this promotion includes: "One HYTE Y70 Touch, one ACQUAFUSION ADV Series Liquid CPU Coolers, one REVOLUTION D.F. X 850W PSU, one Viper Gaming Patriot's VP4300 Lite Gen4 x4 1TB Gaming SSD".
Purchases do not increase your chances of winning, which depend on the number of valid entries received.
Winner may not substitute prize for cash equivalent. HYTE reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item or service of similar or greater value at its final discretion.
3. Participation steps
Starting December 26, 2023 at 5:30 PM PST, HYTE will present the "HYTE, ENERMAX, Viper Gaming: Holiday Giveaway" on Instagram, Instagram Story, Facebook, Newsletter and Discord.
Entrants must visit GiveLab’s Sweepstakes page and complete at least one step to enter the Sweepstakes.
4. Prize winning announcement
The winner will be announced on HYTE's Instagram around January 9, 2024, and will have 48 hours to respond to HYTE after receiving the official email from iBUYPOWER.
A representative of HYTE will select the winner in a random drawing from all entries and his decision will be final and binding.
5. Privacy Policy
By participating in this promotion, you expressly consent to HYTE collecting, processing and using the personal information you provide in this promotion (including but not limited to disclosing your name and state of residence and making this information available to the public) and in accordance with HYTE's Terms of Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
HYTE makes no guarantees or representations about the prizes and is not responsible for technical problems caused by non-iBUYPOWER related reasons, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, model incompatibility, and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.
7. Termination rights
HYTE reserves the right to terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factors beyond HYTE's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
8. Taxes and Fees
The winner of this Promotion is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, government fees, customs and duties, and shipping charges incurred by the winner of his or her receipt and/or use of the prize. HYTE reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and fees from the prize and to request necessary documentation if required by law.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
