1. You must be a legal resident of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND ITS OTHER TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS) and CANADA. You must be eighteen (18) or older to be eligible to participate. This promotion is open to individuals only. 2. The prize of this promotion consists of the following: "iBUYPOWER x TeePee PC Giveaway" (worth $1,400.00 MSRP); Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner of each prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. iBUYPOWER reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize(s) may not be assigned or transferred. No more production is planned.
3. To enter this promotion, you must:
Starting August 25th, 2022 at 12:00 PM PST, iBUYPOWER will showcase the "iBUYPOWER x TeePee PC Giveaway" on Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Story, Facebook, YouTube, and Discord. To enter, contestants must visit the sweepstake page on GiveLab and complete at least one of the steps to enter into the giveaway.
The winner will be randomly chosen on September 4th at 11:59 PM PST. The winner will be announced on September 5th at 12:00 PM PST on iBUYPOWER's Twitter and other social channels as needed. The winner will have 48 hours to reply to iBUYPOWER when they are contacted via official iBUYPOWER email correspondence.
4. The winner will be randomly drawn by a representative of iBUYPOWER, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all entries in a random drawing.

If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry was made.
